The material is of poor quality, is like a pressed felt, not wool. The sizes ( one fits all) are small , does not fit all. I did not care for this item.

We waited weeks for this beret to come in the mail. It is sewn nicely and looks very nice. BUT it smells very strange so my son cannot wear it yet. We are in the process of airing it out...but he likes it.

I lived in Spain for three years and visited France and Italy where berets are often worn. I've had several berets so I know a little bit about them. My beret was shipped by Gravity Trading. Arrived ahead of time, packaged well, and exactly what I ordered. It is all wool and made in China.
There is no head band inside which makes the wool itch after a while. There is no liner either. It may be "one size fits all" but I would think it wouldn't be very strechable if you have a large head. I wear a hat size 7 and it fits me perfectly.
So, with all the above comments, why would I rate it 5 stars?? It is a great buy for the money!
